Blueprint for a Brilliant Team

…a full day to focus on your team

Do you want to take your team to the next level?

In working life, very few experiences are better than that of being part of a successful team.  On the other hand, there’s little worse than being part of a dysfunctional team.

As a manager or leader, you can do nothing better for your people than give them the opportunity to belong to a successful team.  The thing is, it probably isn’t going to happen by accident…

Join us for this day-long event and you will:

  • Discover our blueprint for building your brilliant team – wherever you’re starting from today
  • Gain clarity on what your team needs from you right now
  • Explore some practical activities you can take away and use with your team
  • Find the inspiration to take your team to the next level

Why are teams important right now?

Working in a team is important.  In a good team, the stress on individuals is diluted and can be avoided altogether when people learn how to make the most of working relationships.

With Diversity and Inclusion at the forefront of many managers minds, one big question is how to build good working relationships between people of differing age, gender, race, culture, sexuality and cognitive styles.

Unless you have a means of doing that, you’ll never harness the real power of a diverse team.  In fact, you won’t really have a team – just a collection of people who report to you.

Add to that the complexity of bringing a team together when hybrid working is the norm for so many and it’s clear that a this is something that takes planning and effort.

Is that worth a day of your time?

The day includes…

During the day will share with you my blueprint for a brilliant team.  You’ll have the opportunity to match your own team to the blueprint and I’ll show you how to work out a strategy for taking your team to the next level.

Here’s what we do:

  • A brief introduction to applications of NLP in business
  • Understanding of what makes a brilliant team (and how we know)
  • What a team needs from its leader
  • Leadership and self-managing teams
  • At what stage of development is your team?
  • How to create a team purpose and ethos from the inside out
  • How to keep the team evolving and inclusive
  • How to deal with conflict and tension in your team

What to expect…

  • an informal and supportive atmosphere
  • interesting people to learn from and with
  • lots of discussion of real issues
  • a relaxed pace with a sense of purpose
  • new perspectives on familiar scenarios
  • an uplifting experience
“I’ve worked with Dianne for some time as my mentor and coach as part of my leadership development plan. Dianne brings a wealth of experience and a practical application of recommendations. She is particularly effective in team dynamics and communication by assisting you creating a winning team that’s fit to navigate complex global structures, inter-team dynamics and bridging cultures / personalities.”

“I had heard so many great things about Dianne so the bar was set pretty high before she even walked through the door. The sessions were fantastic and one of the best team builders we’ve ever done. I finished the day by reflecting on what I’d learnt, how I could improve in certain areas and was thrilled to finally understand why I act the way I do and what my strengths were. I would highly recommend to any team that’s looking for instant results!”
